Set when students can submit their preferences. Leave empty for no restrictions.

Customize the emails sent by the site. Select an email type to edit its subject and body.

Change the username and password used to log into the admin dashboard. You must enter your current password to confirm changes.

Selection Limits

Set the minimum and maximum number of time slot choices students can submit when selecting their availability.

Lesson Durations

Configure available lesson durations and the default duration for new students. Students with longer lessons will automatically reserve consecutive time blocks in the schedule.

Create ensemble rehearsal groups. Each reserves a time slot with highest priority. Ensemble students will also be assigned individual lesson slots.

Generated Schedule

Assigns slots first-come-first-served based on submission time. Earlier submissions get priority for their top choices. Students with no available preferences are listed as "unable to assign".
